Just One Handful…
We have been popping popcorn nonstop for the past 4 months.
So at this point, I have a love hate relationship with it. Every time I test a flavor, I make a full bag of popcorn to test it with. You would think after a couple of handfuls I would be able to put it down. Nope. I can’t even stop eating it even if I find the flavor horrible! I eat the entire bag…. every time. As much as I love popcorn, I don’t want to end up looking like a puffed kernel.
So that’s why at 11am, when I wanted to test three flavors, I only popped one bag of popcorn. I ate the entire bag, but I didn’t feel guilty, because I was at least testing out three different flavors.
Maple & Vietnamese cinnamon, pictured above, tasted like warm, buttered, cinnamon toast.
Thyme & Sea Salt with Grape See Oil made me feel like I was sitting on sea bluffs, high above the Mediterranean.
Rosemary & Parmesan was fragrant, hearty, and the perfect snack on a cold rainy/snowy day.
I think I can do this. 3 flavors and 1 bag at a time.
